Adding a DNS record to a domain in Active Directory is very easy. The first step is to open the Active Directory Users and Computers console and select the domain that you want to add the record to. Then, open the Domains and Trusts console and select the domain that you want to add the record to. Finally, open the DNS zone that you want to add the record to and select the records tab. On the records tab, you will see the list of records that are currently configured for the domain. To add a new record, select the Add New Record button and fill out the required information.

The easiest way to add a DNS record is to use the Add a New Zone Wizard. This wizard will automatically fill out most of the required information for you, including the IP address of the domain controller that you are adding the record to and the name of the record. You can also add a DNS record manually by filling out the required information, but the Add a New Zone Wizard is a much faster and easier way to add a record. After you add the record, you will need to refresh the zone settings so that the new record will be available. To refresh the zone settings, select the Zone Settings button on the records tab and click the Refresh button.
