If you’re having trouble connecting to PureVPN, there are a few things you can check to see if the problem is with your device or your PureVPN account.

First, make sure that you are using the most recent version of the PureVPN app. If you’re using an older version, you may not be able to connect to the VPN server.

Second, make sure that your device is connected to the internet and that the PureVPN app is open. If you’re having trouble connecting to the VPN server, PureVPN may not be able to connect to your device if it’s not already connected to the internet.

If you’re still having trouble connecting, you can try resetting your PureVPN account. To do this, open the PureVPN app and click on the “Account” tab.

Next, click on the “Reset Account” button. You will need to enter your username and password to reset your account.
