Netflix Ban for VPN

Netflix is a popular streaming service that offers a wide variety of TV shows, movies, and documentaries. However, some users have reported that they have been banned from using Netflix because they are using a VPN.

Netflix does not explicitly state that using a VPN is a violation of its terms of service, but the company does make it clear that it does not allow its users to access its service from “unauthorized locations”. This includes locations outside of the United States, which would seem to include countries where VPNs are commonly used to evade censorship.

While it is possible that Netflix is simply enforcing its own rules, it is also possible that the company is using VPNs to track the activity of its users. In either case, using a VPN to access Netflix is likely to result in a ban.
