Next, type facebook.com in the “Go To” box and click the “Enter” button. You will now be in the Facebook domain’s DNS manager. To add a DNS TXT record, click the “TXT” tab and type facebook.com in the “Add Record” box. You will now be prompted to provide a value for the record. Enter “verify.facebook.com” in the “Value” box and click the “Add” button.

You will now be returned to the Facebook domain’s DNS manager. Click the “OK” button to save the record and close the DNS manager. Finally, open your web browser and enter the new DNS record into the “Host” field. For example, if you entered “verify.com” in the “Value” box, your web browser would enter “verify.com facebook.com” in the “Host” field. Click the “OK” button to load the page.
