If you decide that you no longer want to use IPVanish, there are a few ways that you can go about canceling your subscription.
Cancelling Your IPVanish Account
If you have an IPVanish account, the first step is to go to the IPVanish website and sign in. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your account information, including your billing information and your account status.
To cancel your IPVanish account, click on the “Cancel Account” link located in the “My Account” section of the website. This will take you to a page where you will be able to enter your account password and submit the cancellation request.
If you do not have an IPVanish account, you can still cancel your subscription by calling IPVanish’s customer service team at (877) 922-5143.
Cancelling Your IPVanish Subscription Automatically
If you have an automatic subscription with IPVanish, your subscription will be cancelled when your subscription expires. To learn more about your subscription expiration date, please click on the “My Account” link located in the “My Profile” section of the website and enter your account information.
To cancel your IPVanish subscription automatically, visit the IPVanish website and sign in. On the “My Account” page, click on the “Subscription” tab and select the “Cancel My Subscription” button.
Cancelling Your IPVanish Subscription Manually
If you do not have an automatic subscription with IPVanish, you can cancel your subscription by visiting the IPVanish website and signing in.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, please do not reactivate your subscription until you have contacted IPVanish customer service to inform them that you have cancelled your subscription. This will help to ensure that your account is cancelled properly.
