If you’re having trouble connecting to a website or office network, or if you’re having trouble printing files, your first step is to check if your computer’s DNS server is working.

To check DNS, open “Control Panel” and click “Network and Internet.” In the left column, click “Network Connections.

” In the “Network Connections” window, click the “Local Area Connection” that corresponds to your computer. If you have more than one local area connection, choose the one that is listed first in the “Active Networks” list.

In the “Local Area Connection” window, click the “Properties” tab. In the “Properties” tab, under “DNS,” select “Automatic (A record).

” In the “Automatic (A record)” window, type the IP address of the DNS server that you want to use, and then click “OK.”.

If you’re using a public DNS server, type the IP address of the DNS server in your area. If you’re using a private DNS server, type the IP address of the DNS server that you configured on your computer.

If the DNS server is working, you should be able to connect to the network and access the websites or files that you were trying to access before. If the DNS server is not working, you may need to contact your network administrator for assistance.
