If you’ve decided that ZenMate is no longer the right service for you, there are a few ways to delete your account.
Method One: Deactivation
To deactivate your account, visit zenmate.com and sign in. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on “Account”.
In the “Account Details” section, click on “Deactivate My Account”. Enter your email address and click on “Deactivate My Account”.
If you have not used your account for over 6 months, your account will be automatically deactivated.
Method Two: Remove Yourself from Lists
To remove yourself from the mailing lists and other contact lists, follow these steps:
1. Visit zenmate.
com and sign in.
2. Click on “Account” in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. In the “Account Details” section, click on “My Lists”.
4. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the list you want to remove yourself from.
5. In the “My Lists” section, scroll down to the “Contact Info” section and click on “Remove Myself”.
6. Click on “Remove Myself” and confirm your removal by clicking on “Yes, Remove Me”.
7. If you have any lists that you do not want to remove yourself from, you can add yourself to these lists by following the same steps.
Method Three: Delete Your Account
If you do not want to keep your account but want to delete it, follow these steps:
1. Go to zenmate. In the “Account Details” section, click on “Delete My Account”. Enter your email address and click on “Delete My Account”. Click on “Yes, Delete My Account”. If you have any other accounts on ZenMate, you will need to delete these as well. Congratulations! You have successfully deleted your ZenMate account.
