Windows 10 comes with a built-in VPN client, which can be used to connect to a VPN server. To enable the VPN client, open the Settings app on your computer, and then go to Network and Internet. Under “VPN,” click on the “Get started” button. On the next screen, click on the “Use a proxy server” link. Enter the address of the proxy server into the “Proxy server” field, and then click on the “Connect” button. In the “VPN connection” window, click on the “Configure” button, and then click on the “Connect” button again.

On the next screen, click on the “Advanced” button, and then click on the “Configure VPN” button. Under “VPN connection type,” select the “Built-in VPN” option, and then click on the “Configure” button. On the next screen, click on the “Use custom settings” button, and then enter the authentication information for the VPN server. Click on the “Configure” button, and then click on the “Connect” button. In the “VPN connection” window, click on the “Disconnect” button, and then click on the “OK” button.
