A DNS server is responsible for translating domain names into IP addresses. If your DNS server is not working, you will not be able to access websites or services that are hosted on servers that use those domain names.

There are a few things that you can do to try and fix a faulty DNS server.

First, you can try restarting your computer. If that doesn’t work, you can try reinstalling your DNS server.

If that still doesn’t work, you can try using a different DNS server. If none of those solutions work, you might have to replace your DNS server.
