Windows can’t communicate with the device or resource primary DNS server.

One cause of this problem could be that the computer’s network settings are configured to use a different DNS server than the one used by the device or resource.

If the device or resource is connected to a local network, then the network settings on the computer may need to be configured to use the device or resource’s DNS server.

If the device or resource is connected to the internet, then the computer’s network settings may need to be configured to use the DNS server provided by the device or resource’s ISP.

In addition, there could be problems with the computer’s DNS server itself. If the computer is running a version of Windows older than Windows 8, then the computer’s DNS server could be old and not supported by Windows 8.

In that case, a new DNS server may need to be installed. .

If the computer is running Windows 8 or later, then the computer’s DNS server may be automatically configured. If that is not the case, then the DNS server can be configured manually.

If the computer’s network settings are configured to use a different DNS server than the one used by the device or resource, then the computer may not be able to access the device or resource.

If the computer’s network settings are configured to use the DNS server provided by the device or resource’s ISP, then the computer may not be able to access the device or resource if the ISP’s DNS server is not reliable.

If the computer’s DNS server is not configured, then the computer may not be able to access the device or resource if the DNS server is not available.

In order to fix Windows can’t communicate with the device or resource primary DNS server, the following steps may need to be taken:

1. Check the computer’s network settings.

2. Check the computer’s DNS server.

3. If the computer’s DNS server is not configured, then install a DNS server.

4. If the computer’s DNS server is configured, then make sure that it is working correctly.
