If you’ve used the app for more than 30 days and haven’t received a response from customer support, you can file a dispute with their refund policy. This will require you to provide detailed information about your situation, including screenshots of any messages you’ve sent to customer support.

If you’ve used the app for less than 30 days and you’re unhappy with it, you can get a refund by sending an email to [email protected].

In this email, you’ll need to provide your account name, the date of your purchase, and a description of your issue.
