If you want to protect your personal information and keep your online activity private, you can use a virtual private network (VPN) on your iPhone. A VPN encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through an intermediary server, making it difficult for anyone, including the authorities, to track your activities.

There are a number of free VPNs available, but be aware that not all of them are reliable. We recommend using ExpressVPN, which is highly rated and has a dedicated app for iPhone.

Once you have signed up for a VPN and set it up, you will need to connect to the service. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to VPN.

Tap on the provider you have chosen and follow the onscreen instructions.

Once you have connected to the VPN, you will need to change your iPhone’s settings to use it. Open the Settings app and scroll down to General.

Tap on VPN and turn on the toggle.

Now that your iPhone is using a VPN, you will need to ensure that your internet traffic is encrypted. Open the Settings app and scroll down to Safari.

Under the Security section, tap on the toggle next to “Encrypt web traffic.”.

Finally, you will need to change your iPhone’s DNS settings. Open the Settings app and scroll down to Wi-Fi. Under the Networks section, tap on the toggle next to “Configure network settings.

” Tap on the blue “i” next to the name of your wireless network and enter the DNS addresses of the VPN server. Tap on the blue “Enter” button to save the settings.

Now, any website you visit will be encrypted and the authorities will not be able to track your activity. To disconnect from the VPN, open the Settings app and scroll down to VPN.

Tap on the toggle next to “Disconnect.
