If you have lost your Avast account, the first step is to check if you have backUPS of your account information. If you do not have backUPS, you will need to create new Avast accounts and recover your old account information.

To create new Avast accounts, you will need to first create a new password and sign in. After you have logged in, you will need to click on the My Account tab and select Account Recovery. You will then be able to select the type of account recovery you would like to complete, such as recovering your account from a backup.

After you have selected the type of account recovery, you will need to provide your old password and sign in to your old account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to recover all of your information, including your account passwords and account settings.

If you have lost your account password, the first step is to try to reset your password by clicking on the My Account tab and selecting Password Reset. If you have not been able to reset your password, the next step is to try to find your account information.
