Once you have chosen a country, you will be asked to choose a city. You can choose to connect to the city that is specified in the server or you can choose a city that is open on the network.
Once you have chosen a city, you will be asked to choose a network type. You can choose to connect to a specific network type or you can choose to connect to all network types.
