If you are having trouble connecting to IPVanish or if you are experiencing general connection issues, resetting your IPVanish account may help. To reset your IPVanish account, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Click on the “settings” link in the top right corner of the main screen.

3. Under “ Account Info,” click on the “Reset Account” button.

4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Reset Account” button.

5. Upon successful reset, you will receive an email notification.
