When you’re using a Mac, one of the great things about its operating system is that you can control which programs have access to the network. This is a great feature if you want to keep your computer safe from viruses or other malicious programs.

To allow Chrome to access the network, follow these steps:

1. In the Menu bar, click System Preferences.

2. Click Network.

3. Click the lock icon in the bottom left corner to open the Network preferences window.

4. In the Network preferences window, under “Configure advanced networking,” click the plus sign next to “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).”

5. In the “Address range” field, enter the IP address of the computer that you want Chrome to use to access the internet.

6. In the “User name” field, enter the user name that you want to use to access Chrome.

7. In the “Password” field, enter the password that you want to use to access Chrome.

8. In the “Allow local network users to connect” field, click the checkbox to enable access for local network users.

9. Click the OK button to save your changes.

10. Restart Chrome.

Now, when you open Chrome, it will use the same IP address that you specified in the “Address range” field and the “User name” and “Password” fields.
