If your Xbox 360 is not able to resolve Xbox server names, this could mean that your console is not connected to the internet or that your Xbox 360’s DNS settings are incorrect. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. On your Xbox 360, open the Settings menu.

2. Under Network, select System Settings.

3. Under Network Settings, select System DNS.

4. In the System DNS section, make sure that the Use the following DNS servers is selected.

5. Under Preferred DNS servers, type the IP address of a DNS server that your Xbox 360 can access.

6. Under Alternate DNS servers, type the IP address of an alternate DNS server that your Xbox 360 can access.

7. Select OK.

8. Restart your Xbox 360.

If your Xbox 360 is still unable to resolve Xbox server names, your console may need to be repaired.
