If your DNS server is not responding, your computer may not be able to access the Internet. To determine if your DNS server is not responding, try the following:

1. Check that your computer is connected to the Internet.

2. Check that your computer is configured to use the DNS server that is provided by your ISP.

3. Try to ping the DNS server.

4. Try to open a command prompt and type nslookup.

5. If any of the previous steps fails, try to restart your computer.

If none of the steps above work, your computer may have a problem with the DNS server. Try to replace the DNS server with a different one, or restart your computer and try again.

If you still have problems, your computer may have a problem with the network connection. Try to connect to the Internet using a different network connection.
