DLP (Dense Linear Polarized) imaging is a type of CT scan that uses a high-resolution, 3-Dimensional image to create a picture of the internal organs. The scan is created by combining a series of 2-D images that are then processed to create a 3-D image.

DLP technology is used to improve the quality of images of the stomach and small intestine, as well as the liver and gallbladder.
