If you are having issues connecting to your IPVanish account, there are a few things you can check to see if the issue is with your computer or IPVanish service. First, make sure you have the latest version of IPVanish installed. If you are using a Windows computer, you may need to update your Windows firewall to allow traffic to IPVanish. You can find instructions for doing this here. If you are using a Mac, you should not need to do anything. If you are using an IPVanish router, you may need to set up port forwarding on your router.
