If you are having trouble connecting to your Hotspot Shield, there could be a few reasons why. First, make sure that your device is connected to the internet and that the Hotspot Shield app is installed and open. Next, make sure that your Hotspot Shield is connected to the same network as your device.

Finally, check to make sure that the Hotspot Shield’s settings are configured correctly. If you still have trouble connecting, please contact our support team for assistance.

Despite our best efforts, some devices simply will not connect to our Hotspot Shield service. If you are experiencing this issue, there are a few things you can check:

1. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet and that the Hotspot Shield app is installed and open.

2. Make sure that your device is connected to the same network as the Hotspot Shield.

3. Check to make sure that the Hotspot Shield’s settings are configured correctly.
