In general, you can see all DNS records for a domain by querying its name server with a whois query. However, there are a few exceptions. First, some domain names are managed by a third party who does not provide DNS records. In these cases, you will not be able to see the DNS records for the domain.

Second, if the domain name is hosted on a server that is not registered with the DNS, you will not be able to see the DNS records for that domain. Finally, if the DNS records for a domain are hidden by a masking service, you will not be able to see the DNS records for that domain.
