Domain Name Servers (DNS) are the servers that translate domain names, such as www.example.com, into IP addresses.

Many people believe that DNS records do not transfer with a domain name. However, this is not always the case.

When you purchase a domain name, the domain name registrar will provide you with a set of DNS records that map the domain name to the IP address. In most cases, the DNS records will be transferred with the domain name.

However, if you want to transfer the DNS records to a new domain name server, you will need to transfer the DNS records separately.
