Windows 10 VPN settings are located in the Network and Sharing Center. There are two ways to change VPN settings in Windows 10: through the Network and Sharing Center or by using the Command Prompt.

To change VPN settings through the Network and Sharing Center:

1. Open the Network and Sharing Center.

2. Select the connection you want to change settings for.

3. Select the Advanced tab.

4. Under the VPN heading, select the type of VPN you want to use.

5. Select the appropriate settings.

To change VPN settings using the Command Prompt:

1. Open the Command Prompt. Type netcfg vpn. Enter the appropriate settings for your VPN type.
