If your DNS server is unavailable, you can still access the Internet. You can use a DNS server provided by your ISP, or you can use a third-party DNS server.

To use a DNS server provided by your ISP, you must first contact your ISP and ask them to provide you with a DNS server address. After you have obtained the DNS server address, you can configure your computer to use that address as the DNS server.

To use a third-party DNS server, you must first locate a third-party DNS server that is available to you. After you have located a third-party DNS server, you can configure your computer to use that server as the DNS server.
