If you are experiencing Xbox server names not resolving, it may be because your DNS is not properly configured. To resolve Xbox server names, your DNS needs to be able to resolve the Xbox server’s Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).

If you are using a home or office network with DHCP, your DNS should be configured to use the Xbox server’s IP address. If you are using a network that requires a fixed DNS server, you can set your Xbox’s DNS to use the DNS servers provided by your ISP or network provider.

If you are using a VPN, it is possible that the VPN is blocking the Xbox server’s DNS lookup. If you are unable to resolve the Xbox server’s DNS names, please contact your ISP or network provider for assistance.
