If you’re using a VPN app on your device, make sure that you’re connected to the same network as the IPVanish server.

Third, make sure that you’re using the latest version of the IPVanish app. If you’re using the web interface, make sure that you’re using the latest version of the IPVanish browser extension.

If you’re using the app, make sure that you’re using the latest version of the IPVanish app.
