Configuring a Linux computer to use the Domain Name System (DNS) is easy. First, you will need to find out what your computer’s IP address is.

To do this, open a terminal and type ifconfig. Your computer’s IP address will be displayed.

Now, you will need to find out your computer’s DNS server address. To do this, open a terminal and type the following command:

ntpdate -r

Your computer’s DNS server address will be displayed.

Now, you will need to set your computer’s DNS server address to use the IP address that you found in step one. To do this, open a terminal and type the following command:

sudo dnsmasq –dhcp-range=192.168.1.50,192.

168.100.

Your computer’s DNS server address will now be set to use the IP address that you found in step one.
