Windows 10 has a built-in firewall that can help protect your computer from unauthorized access. However, if you experience issues with your firewall, you may be able to fix them by following these steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your computer.

2. Click on System and Security.

3. Under Firewall, click on the Allow access to network locations checkbox.

4. Under Firewall settings, click on the Rules tab.

5. On the Rules tab, click on the New Rule button.

6. In the New Rule dialog box, click on the Port range tab.

7. In the Port range dialog box, type the port number that you are experiencing issues with in the Port range field.

8. In the Protocol field, select the protocol that you are experiencing issues with.

9. In the Operation field, select the action that you want to take when a connection is made to the port that you specified.

10. In the Allow selected programs and services option, select the programs and services that you want to allow access to the port that you specified.

11. Click on the Add button.

12. In the Add Program or Service dialog box, select the program or service that you want to allow access to the port that you specified.

18. Restart your computer.
