First and foremost, it is important to understand that DNS records – the information that tells your computer where to find a website – do not transfer when you switch to Domain GoDaddy. In order to make the switch, you will need to delete all of your current DNS records, transfer your domain(s) to Domain GoDaddy, and then create new DNS records.

However, there is one exception to this rule – if you have registered your domain with GoDaddy using their Name Servers, then your DNS records will automatically transfer with your domain when you switch to Domain GoDaddy. In other words, if you have a .com, .

net, or .org domain with GoDaddy, your DNS records will automatically transfer to Domain GoDaddy when you switch.

So, if you are looking to switch to Domain GoDaddy, be sure to check with GoDaddy to see if your DNS records will automatically transfer with your domain. If not, you will need to take some additional steps to ensure that your DNS records are transferred.
